  • Coordinate travel, appointments, and personal errands with discretion and precision.

  • Assist with tracking and organizing interior design schemes, samples, and installation schedules.

  • Support construction project management by attending site meetings, taking notes, and coordinating vendor follow-ups.

  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and high-end service providers on behalf of the client or principal team.

  • Maintain inventory systems, purchase logs, and property management schedules.

  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems in an elegant, service-minded manner.

  • Perform lifestyle and concierge duties including gifting, reservations, and event support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • Entry-level candidates welcome; background in hospitality, retail luxury, design, or administrative support is a plus.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of private service and estate management.

  • Impeccable organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask in high-pressure, high-stakes environments with absolute discretion.

  • Polished, warm, and confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with project management software is a bonus.

  • Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco, with a willingness to travel locally as needed.

What We Offer
