Liaise with vendors, contractors, and high-end service providers on behalf of the client or principal team.

Maintain inventory systems, purchase logs, and property management schedules.

Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems in an elegant, service-minded manner.

Perform lifestyle and concierge duties including gifting, reservations, and event support.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Entry-level candidates welcome; background in hospitality, retail luxury, design, or administrative support is a plus.
