The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating diverse and innovative menus tailored to dietary preferences and restrictions while maintaining a polished and professional approach to service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare formal, multi-course dinners with attention to presentation and detail.
• Create and package grab-and-go breakfasts and lunches that are nutritious and delicious.
• Collaborate with the family to design weekly menus accommodating dietary needs, allergies, and preferences.
• Source high-quality, seasonal, and local ingredients while managing food inventory and grocery shopping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards.
• Set up and execute formal table settings and dining experiences, including wine pairings if required.
• Manage kitchen budgets and provide cost-effective meal planning.
• Occasionally prepare meals or snacks for guests and small events.
• Be available to travel with the family, if needed, and adjust to flexible scheduling during holidays or special occasions.

Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or equivalent formal training preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a private chef or in a fine dining establishment.
• Strong expertise in various cuisines, dietary restrictions, and nutritional meal preparation.
• Exceptional time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Discreet, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with formal dinner service and table setting etiquette.
• Availability to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule, with flexibility for occasional changes.
