Summary:
A private household is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support for day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing household inventory, sourcing vendors, scheduling and maintaining calendars, coordinating deliveries, and handling errands such as grocery shopping and Costco runs. Additional duties involve meal preparation, light cooking, researching solutions or services, and assisting with general household organization, such as removing boxes and decluttering. Familiarity with Mac products and Google Calendar is essential. The household also includes two cats, so comfort with pets is necessary. Can be virtual and on site.

Required Skills:
The ideal candidate should have exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for maintaining a smoothly running household. Proficiency with Mac devices, Google Calendar, and other digital tools is required to manage schedules and communications effectively. Strong multitasking and communication abilities are essential, as the role involves coordinating with vendors, scheduling appointments, and managing deliveries. Experience in meal prep, light cooking, inventory management, and household organization is highly desirable. A love for animals and the ability to work comfortably in a pet-friendly environment are also key to this role.

Days & Hours:
M-F, 25-30 hours/wk client is flexible

Required Certifications:
5+ Years of Experience, Perfect DMV

Hourly/Salary:
50.-65.
