Experienced Full Time Nanny for Twin Babies in Puerto Rico

Job Title: Nanny for Twin Babies

Location: Dorado, Puerto Rico

Language: Spanish (English fluency preferred but not required)

Work Schedule: Full-time, rotating with another nanny on 4 days on, 3 days off schedule, alternating weeks with a second Nanny.

Responsibilities

Childcare and Development:

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for baby twins, always ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Follow and execute specific guidelines established by the parents, particularly concerning diet, sleep routines, and both mental and physical stimulation.
• Engage the twins in age-appropriate activities to support their developmental milestones, including interactive play, reading, and gentle exercises.
• Monitor and track the twins' progress and routines, updating parents on any changes or concerns.

Personal Qualifications and Characteristics:

• Patient, nurturing, and sensitive to the needs of infants and the family.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle the daily routines and needs of baby twins effectively.
• A "service heart" approach, with a genuine passion for childcare and supporting the family’s lifestyle.
• Ability to adapt to the family's schedule and adjust routines as the twins grow and develop.

Language and Flexibility:

• Fluent in Spanish, with English fluency preferred to assist with any communication needs.
• Flexible to work a rotating schedule, including alternating weekends.
