Job Description: A UHNW Family is seeking an exceptional Live-In Nanny to care for their three school-aged children and help oversee the management of their expansive 100-acre estate. This is a dual role for a confident, nurturing, and resourceful individual who can balance high-level childcare with the logistics of household operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and genuinely passionate about children and home management.
Nanny Duties :
- Prepare the children each morning for school, ensuring punctuality and readiness
- Drive the children to and from school, activities, and playdates using the family vehicle
- Supervise after-school routines including snack preparation, homework, and downtime
- Encourage manners, independence, and respectful behavior in line with family values
- Lead engaging and educational indoor and outdoor activities — sports, nature exploration, arts & crafts, STEM projects, etc.
- Support emotional well-being through a gentle, present, and mindful parenting approach
- Handle bedtime routines with calm consistency: bathing, winding down, reading
- Act as the point person for communication with co-parenting households, teachers, and tutors
- Provide extra academic guidance for children with learning differences (e.g., ADHD, dyslexia)
House Manager Duties:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and order throughout the main residence
- Manage daily housekeeping team — delegating duties, conducting walkthroughs, and providing direction
- Plan seasonal deep cleans, oversee inventories, and ensure ongoing organization of storage areas, kitchens, closets, etc.
- Handle vendor and contractor coordination for all home maintenance (e.g., plumbers, electricians, HVAC, pool services)
- Source household supplies and manage restocking based on family preferences and sustainability values
- Manage wardrobe organization for family (children and adult seasonal rotation, dry cleaning, packing lists)
- Run errands including post office runs, personal shopping, school pickups, dog care, grocery collection
- Coordinate estate upkeep in tandem with groundskeepers and maintenance staff
- Support the family in executing events (children’s birthdays, holiday dinners, small receptions)
- Track and manage family calendars, children’s schedules, and logistical planning
- Care for multiple family dogs: feeding, grooming appointments, walks, vet visits
Requirements: - US passport or Green Card Holder
- Demonstrating success working with multiple school-aged children; confident managing group dynamics
- Experience supporting children with special learning needs
- Prior team leadership experience within a household or estate setting
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- Confident driver with valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
- Tech-literate: calendar management apps, smart home systems, digital comms tools
- Able to travel domestically and internationally
- Comfortable with pet care responsibilities
