EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER / LIGHT MEAL PREP/MUST DRIVE FOR ERRANDS, PARADISE VALLEY, AZ

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Housekeeper to join our household a modern type home approximately 5ksf, in Paradise Valley, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in high-end housekeeping and professional private service. This unique role requires a professional who can seamlessly manage household cleaning and maintenance while also preparing light meals as requested (not Chef level). The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the home, including laundry, ironing, and managing errands and household supplies. Additionally, the candidate will prepare light meals, pick up packages and drop off dry cleaning and do inventory/stocking. The successful candidate will possess excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute all aspects of high-end housekeeping, ensuring the home is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Plan, prepare, and cook nutritious and delicious meals according to the family’s preferences and dietary requirements
  • Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothes and linens
  • Manage household supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and replenished as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage of food and kitchen supplies
  • Perform regular deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet cleaning, window washing, and furniture polishing
  • Ensure all household appliances and systems are in good working order, arranging for repairs or maintenance as needed
  • Create and maintain a household schedule to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time
  • Provide excellent customer service to the family, addressing any special requests or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Adapt to the family’s changing needs and preferences, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills
  • Communicate effectively with the family and any other household staff to ensure smooth operation of the household
  • Exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor at all times, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for the family

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in high-end housekeeping and culinary services
  • Professional appearance; helpful and joyful personality
  • Child friendly (no Nanny support required but child-friendly is important)
  • Proficiency in high-end housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and household supply management
  • Strong culinary skills with the ability to plan, prepare, and cook nutritious and delicious meals according to the family’s preferences and dietary requirements
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to create and maintain a household schedule
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with the family and any additional household staff or external service providers
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage household supplies and ensure all necessary items are stocked and replenished
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to the family’s changing needs and preferences
  • Experience in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage of food and kitchen supplies
  • Ability to perform regular deep cleaning tasks and ensure all household appliances and systems are in good working order
  • Willing to drive to other home in Flagstaff to advance for Principal’s arrival, departure, food shop, etc. Mileage will be paid

Hourly: $35-40/hour; other comp includes monthly health stipend; Vacation- amount TBD
