Executive Housekeeper-House Manager

EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER/HOUSE MANAGER, WEST VILLAGE, NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK 
A wonderful family residing in a beautifully maintained, multi-story townhouse in the West Village is seeking a seasoned Executive Housekeeper/House Manager to oversee and manage their primary residence. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, hands-on Housekeeper, also experienced in staff supervision and house management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain household protocols and standards
• Supervise and support a small household team (nannies, housekeeper, houseman)
• Oversee daily household operations and ensure the home is running smoothly
• Provide hands-on housekeeping on a daily basis
• Liaise with vendors, handle inventory and household supplies
• Assist in coordinating family schedules and events, including guest hospitality
• Ensure a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment for the family and their guests

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a similar role combining housekeeping and house management
• Child and pet-friendly personality as family has young children and a small dog
• Adaptable, discrete, and capable of thriving in a busy household
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to offer occasional flexibility with schedule when family is in residence. 
  Family has additional homes out of state, however, little or no travel is required.

Compensation:

• Excellent six-figure salary
• Outstanding benefits package
• Full-time, primarily Monday–Friday, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend needs
