About the Role:

 

A private Film Financier and Real Estate Investor is seeking a proactive, highly organized Personal Assistant to help manage day-to-day personal and administrative tasks. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage calendar, appointments, and scheduling
  • Handle personal errands and tasks as needed
  • Organize documents, files, and paperwork
  • Assist with email and communication management
  • Conduct research and prepare brief reports or summaries
  • Coordinate travel and accommodations
  • Support with real estate or film-related tasks as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • 2 years minimum working as an assistant
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, calendar apps, etc.)
  • Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently

 

Preferred but Not Required

  • Background or interest in real estate or film/entertainment industry
  • Experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant
  • Familiarity with contracts, property research, or industry-specific tools
