ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country. We are currently in search of a full time personal assistant for an entertainer primarily based in Nashville.

Regular Tasks For This Role

  • Running errands
  • Home and Office Organization
  • Oversight over shipping, receiving and returning packages
  • Prepping principal for travel
  • Calendar management
  • Sending principal pertinent reminders of meetings, phone calls, events, birthdays, appointments, etc
  • Booking appointments
  • Booking travel
  • Making reservations
  • Assisting with gifting needs
  • Assisting with wardrobe needs
  • Laundry
  • Scheduling vendors at the home
  • Organizing files and information, personal and professional
  • Taking direction from both principal and their team to understand what needs are urgent and how to prioritize tasks
  • Traveling with the principal as needed
  • Working closely with the principal’s full team to accomplish macro and micro goals

 

 

Skills/Experience/Education

  • Previous experience working as a personal assistant for a high profile individual is preferred
  • Must be resilient and able to handle constructive feedback and challenging situations
  • Passport ready
  • Self Starter
  • Strong Critical Thinking Skills
  • Adaptability in a variety of situations
  • Ability to read a room
  • Flexibility is key as schedules and plans often change
