Culinary Duties

• Plan and prepare fresh, seasonal meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks).
• Shop for all food items and manage pantry and kitchen stock.
• Prepare 3–4 dinners per week for two people; dinner parties will be catered if over 6 guests.
• Cater to specific dietary needs (e.g., gluten-free, vegetarian).
• Confidently cook for both informal and more elegant, small-scale dinners.
• Maintain a pristine, well-organized kitchen.
• Source high-quality ingredients and liaise with local markets and suppliers as needed.

General Household Support

• Light housekeeping and coordination with the housekeeper to ensure exceptional standards.
• Manage household errands, shopping, and basic maintenance.
• Provide table setting and meal service (both informal and formal).
• Occasional laundry/wardrobe care (steaming, pressing, minor shoe care).
• Oversee and manage other staff and service providers (housekeeper, gardeners, tradespeople).
• Support guests during stays (room readiness, refreshments, unpacking).
• Handle all incoming deliveries (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and manage shipping logistics.
• Assist with pet care, including occasional vet visits and pet sitting (must love dogs!).
