Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Assist with content creation, scheduling, and engagement across platforms.
- Podcast Support: Coordinate, set up, and break down podcast equipment. Provide assistance with audio and video recording, guest coordination, and post-production tasks.
- Filming & Photography: Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media, podcasts, and other projects.
- Content Production: Assist with editing, creating promotional materials, and managing digital content.
- Personal Assistant Duties: Provide administrative support as needed, including calendar management, errand running, and helping to ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly.
Ideal Candidate:
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with social media platforms, video/audio equipment, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva).
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible & Adaptable: Willingness to adjust to changing priorities and work flexible hours as needed.
- Creative Mindset: An eye for design, a love for storytelling, and a creative approach to content creation.
- Team Player: A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to collaborate closely with the family and team.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in social media management, video production, podcast support, or similar fields.
- Familiarity with photography and videography tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling personal matters.
- Must be comfortable with a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends or travel.
