Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
    • Monitors facility performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
    • Manages facility resources, including budget allocation and vendor relationships.
    • Manages facility projects, from planning to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Collaborates with other professionals, such as architects, contractors, and consultants.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair toilets, sinks, small appliances, mechanical systems before reaching out to external vendors.
  • Coordinate and supervise repairs, renovations, and other property improvements.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation related to property management.
  • Prepare weekly reports for the Chief of Operations.

 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Experience with project management and facility improvement initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience in facility engineering or facility management.
