Description
Responsibilities:
Oversees the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
Monitors facility performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Manages facility resources, including budget allocation and vendor relationships.
Manages facility projects, from planning to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborates with other professionals, such as architects, contractors, and consultants.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair toilets, sinks, small appliances, mechanical systems before reaching out to external vendors.
Coordinate and supervise repairs, renovations, and other property improvements.
Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation related to property management.
Prepare weekly reports for the Chief of Operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with project management and facility improvement initiatives.
5+ years of experience in facility engineering or facility management.
