Part-Time Full-Charge Housekeeper - Palm Beach Gardens

Schedule: Part-Time/Year-Round 

Monday-Wednesday-Friday

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Overview:
A wonderful family is searching for a professional Housekeeper to work in their 5100 sq ft. home in Palm Beach Gardens. Duties to the Principal include, but are not limited to, full charge housekeeping and laundry (including ironing and steaming), errands, grocery shopping, accepting packages, caring for the family's labrador retriever, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, and to oversee personal correspondence. The Candidate must love dogs as the family has a sweet Lab. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, articulate, and efficient; has excellent writing and communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Candidate must observe professional boundaries with professional etiquette at all times. Client prefers a candidate who possesses a high-level of self-confidence, is poised and professional, self-motivated, and very detail oriented, who will come in and get the job done quickly, without sacrificing the details. It is essential that the Candidate is highly trustworthy and anticipates the client’s needs.

Duties:
• Full Charge Housekeeping/Laundry including but not limited to: Vacuuming, dry/wet mopping, and floor care
Oversee Vendors Windows, dishes, and beds Dusting all surfaces, blinds, window ledges, trim Hand-wiping wood fine furnishings, Disinfecting and cleaning bathrooms and vanities, Organizing the home as required, Daily checks, Laundry and ironing

• Pet Care
• Grocery shopping, Driving and Errands
• Maintain supplies in house as needed (paper products, beverages, extra light bulbs, etc.)

• Level of discretion, loyalty, and integrity
• Must love dogs
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures/MAC
• Outstanding organizational skills

Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Must have clean driver’s license
• Nonsmoker
