  • Prepare healthy meals, snacks, smoothies, and beverages based on the principals’ dietary needs and restrictions.
  • Create and execute menus that support wellness goals (e.g., gluten-free, no seeds, Paleo, etc.)
  • Coordinate weekly grocery shopping and kitchen inventory, ensuring fresh and seasonal ingredients are on hand.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Light administrative duties, including bill pay, online ordering, travel research and booking, and personal scheduling.
  • Handle errands such as dry cleaning, mail pickup, and specialty requests.
  • Pet care, including short walks, feedings, and overseeing vet and boarding appointments.

  • Oversee home maintenance vendors (gardening, repairs, snow removal, etc.).
  • Support for household organization (closets, drawers, storage areas).
  • Event support and small-scale entertaining.
  • Occasional travel coordination and packing assistance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a private household or hospitality role.
  • Proven experience with dietary-specific food preparation and health-conscious cooking.
  • Passion for wellness, nutrition, and high-quality ingredients.
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Able to work independently and problem-solve without micromanagement.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with common household and scheduling tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: Starting at $XXX (commensurate with experience)
  • Housing: 3 bd / 2 bath offsite home with fenced yard; walking distance to schools.
  • Comprehensive benefits package

If you're an experienced personal assistant with a talent for thoughtful, health-focused cooking—and love creating calm, well-run environments—we’d love to hear from you.
