- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and seasonal cleaning schedules for the entire residence, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards. Hands-on with cleaning, laundry, wardrobe, general maintenance, organization of pantry, closets and wardrobe.
- Perform regular inspections of all rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness, order, and maintenance.
- Inventory and Supplies Management:
Maintain an inventory of household supplies, including cleaning products, linens, and other essentials.
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed, ensuring the household is always well-stocked.
Run errands, food shopping, and drive to and from appointments as needed.
- Event Preparation and Support:
Assist with planning and executing household events, including preparing guest rooms, setting up dining areas, and coordinating with caterers and other service providers.
Ensure the residence is prepared and presentable for family events, guest visits, and other special occasions.
- Confidentiality and Discretion:
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion regarding the family’s personal matters and household affairs.
