I am lucky to work with this darling family of 5 to help find their perfect Family Assistant. This family assistant will need to be the Jane of all trades and be an extension of their family. They have precious 10 year old twins and a darling 13 who are in school everyday until 3. You will start your day around 10:00 am and be focused on the assistant part of your job until you pick up the children from school which includes- running errands, grocery shopping, help tidy the house, help with organization tasks, build out a family manual, research after school activities, meal prep and/or cook, and be hands on with miscellaneous tasks. Once the kids get picked up you will help with afterschool activities, play dates, monitoring homework, help with dinner time, prepare lunch boxes for the next day and help with the bedtime routine. Salary really depends on your experience but they are happy to pay around $60/hr, and your weekly schedule could change from 15 hours to 20 hours so you must be flexible.
