About the Role

A prominent and private High-Net-Worth (HNW) family seeks a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support their dynamic lifestyle. The ideal candidate is a polished professional with excellent judgment, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

This role requires a high degree of flexibility, discretion, and availability, with occasional travel and weekend responsibilities. The Personal Assistant will act as a gatekeeper and key liaison between the family and their personal, social, and professional networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for personal matters, managing correspondence, scheduling, and logistics
  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, and complex travel arrangements (domestic & international) for the family and accompanying staff
  • Assist with event planning, including social functions and dinners
  • Handle personal errands, gift purchasing, and personal shopping
  • Oversee wardrobe management, including seasonal organization, dry cleaning, outfit coordination, and returns/exchanges
  • Provide occasional child supervision when nannies are unavailable or during emergencies
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Support family members with ad hoc tasks and lifestyle projects
  • Strong judgment and the ability to operate independently
  • Track and manage personal expenses; reconcile receipts

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-pressure role—ideally for an HNW family or individual
  • Experience working around children and a willingness to step in when needed
  • A strong background in wardrobe organization, luxury retail, or fashion coordination is a plus.
  • Impeccable discretion, reliability, and professionalism
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar/travel platforms
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
  • Valid driver’s license and passport; able and willing to travel
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
