Service Attendant

Position:

This is not a public position but rather an in-home private position seeking a Hospitality and Service Attendant for a high-profile private couple in Gainesville, Virginia. This role provides comprehensive hospitality support to the couple and within their residence. The assistant will coordinate hospitality services, manage personal belongings, assist with event planning, meals and operational tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage daily needs of the clients’ home environment and the needs of the clients, themselves.

Requirements:

• Need to live within or relocate to a comfortable commute
• At least 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, estate management, or high-profile household support
• Strong administrative skills, including calendar management, scheduling
• Experience in guest services, and high-end meal and beverage service
• Ability to anticipate and fulfill principal and guest preferences with discretion and efficiency
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage valuable assets, fine art, and inventory
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with estate manager
• Age is not a concern

Responsibilities:

• Focus on the couple and their daily living situation being there for them.
• Providing occasional meals and focusing on their comfort
• Familiar with Indian Cuisine is a plus
• Assist with meal and beverage service, ensuring a high level of hospitality for principals and rare occasional guests
• Prepare and execute meals as necessary
• Oversee guest accommodations, working with estate manager to fulfill preferences
• Manage inventory, personal effects, and organization across the residence
• Assist with travel packing and preparations
• Run errands and assist with special projects as needed

Schedule:

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• No travel will be anticipated
