Executive Housekeeper & Concierge – Full-Time (40 hours/week + Benefits)
Location: Seacoast of New Hampshire
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper and Concierge to join our private estate team in the beautiful Seacoast area of New Hampshire. This full-time, benefit-eligible role (40 hours/week) is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality throughout the estate while delivering exceptional concierge service to the Principals and their guests.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, highly organized, and passionate about creating a pristine, welcoming environment. Responsibilities include leading housekeeping operations, managing household inventories, overseeing laundry and wardrobe care, preparing for guest arrivals and events, and assisting with administrative and household management tasks.
Key duties include:
- Hands-on daily housekeeping and maintaining estate cleanliness
- Overseeing laundry and wardrobe management, including seasonal transitions
- Providing concierge-level support to Principals and guests
- Coordinating with household staff to ensure seamless daily operations
- Supporting estate events and assisting with special projects
Applicants must be comfortable taking initiative, supervising other housekeeping staff, and working collaboratively as part of a close-knit estate team. Flexibility, discretion, and professionalism are essential.
