Housekeeper

We are currently in need of a Full Time Housekeepeer to join an amazing team and family in Palm Beach, FL. We are looking for a dependable and reliable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. Flexibility is PARAMOUNT in this role, as the position requires someone who is willing to work, morning  , night, and weekend shifts. Travel is also a component of this role, so looking for someone who likes to see the world! (travel will be about 30-40% of the year - maybe more at times) 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-level housekeeping duties, including deep cleaning and organizing
• Manage laundry responsibilities such as washing, ironing, and folding clothing, linens, and napkins
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of various areas of the home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Keep household supplies stocked and organized
• Work in tandem with the rest of the household team to maintain a smooth, efficient workflow
• Assist with other housekeeping or general household tasks as needed

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to travel with the family as required
• Self-motivated, dependable, and trustworthy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in handling delicate fabrics, ironing, and laundry care
• Deep cleaning expertise with the ability to maintain a pristine environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
