Role Overview: As the Heart-Centered House Manager, you will be the driving force behind the seamless operation of our estate. Your leadership will set the tone for our team, ensuring that all aspects of maintenance, hospitality, and guest services are executed with excellence and compassion. You will embody our commitment to creating a nurturing and welcoming environment for everyone who steps foot on our property.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Team Management:

    • Lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team of staff members including maintenance personnel, housekeepers, and hospitality staff.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and excellence, where every team member feels valued and supported.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to encourage professional growth and development within the team.
  2. Estate Operations:

    • Oversee all aspects of estate maintenance, ensuring that the property is immaculately maintained at all times.
    • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, protocols, and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks as needed.
  3. Hospitality and Guest Services:

    • Ensure that all guest interactions are conducted with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
    • Oversee the planning and execution of events, gatherings, and special occasions hosted at the estate.
    • Anticipate guest needs and preferences to provide personalized and exceptional service experiences.
  4. Financial Management:

    • Manage the estate budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated wisely and expenditures are within budgetary constraints.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements without compromising on quality or service standards.
  5. Communication and Relationship Building:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for estate owners, residents, and guests, maintaining open and transparent communication channels.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and local community members.
