UHNWF Housekeeper Needed - Large Private Estate

COME JOIN THE TEAM!!!! We have an AMAZING team of two full time housekeepers and are looking for a third to join the team! This is not your average home - need someone with VERY detailed experience. Can do attitude - where you can lean into helping where needed such as some days maybe cook a light breakfast , entertain kids for 30 mins while nanny is on break, etc) 

MUST HAVE LARGE ESTATE EXPERIENCE - 10,000 SQUARE FEET HOMES OR LARGER
HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE
CUSTOMER SERVICE - TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL

Position Summary:

The Housekeepers at this estate play a critical role in maintaining the beauty, order, and functionality of a large and active estate. This individual ensures that every space is ready for family use or guest arrival at a moment’s notice. By executing various levels of cleaning across all areas of the home, the Housekeeper helps uphold the high standards of the estate and supports the household's seamless daily operation.



General:

Maintain a consistent and detail-oriented approach to all cleaning tasks
Always leave spaces clean, safe, and properly staged for use
Communicate with household staff regarding any maintenance issues, supply needs, or observations
Work efficiently, but thoroughly—prioritizing quality and consistency
Exhibit discretion, professionalism, and respect for the privacy of the family and guests
Excellent attention to detail and ability to self-manage a structured daily/weekly cleaning schedule
Ability to adapt to last-minute schedule changes and prioritize tasks accordingly

Highest level of service expected

Details:

Full Time 5 days per week (schedule to be confirmed)
Pay Based on Experience $70-85,000 Annual Salary
Must have previous experience at private estate, min 3 years
