Location: Marietta, Atlanta, GA

Position Type: Full-Time (Monday through Friday)

Compensation: $45+ per hour, based on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Executive Housekeeper to oversee all household management and cleaning operations in a large, 18,000 sq. ft. family home in Marietta, Atlanta. This role involves managing and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in a busy household with three children. The Executive Housekeeper will work independently and collaboratively with other staff to create a warm, welcoming, and well-organized environment for the family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Household Cleaning & Organization: Manage daily cleaning routines to maintain all areas of the home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces. Ensure everything is in immaculate condition and organized to family standards.
  • Household Management: Develop and implement cleaning schedules, manage inventory for household supplies, and coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed for maintenance, repairs, and special projects. Manage, train and schedule other housekeeping staff and services.
  • Laundry & Linens: Oversee all laundry needs for the household, including washing, ironing, folding, and proper storage of clothing and linens. Care for delicate fabrics and handle seasonal wardrobe organization.
  • Supervision & Collaboration: Work alongside other household staff (nanny, chef, etc.) to maintain a cohesive work environment. Ensure smooth daily operations and support special family events or gatherings.
  • Special Projects: Plan and carry out deep cleaning projects, including seasonal organization, window cleaning, and preparation for holidays or events.
  • Relocation Assistance: If applicable, coordinate with the family to facilitate a smooth relocation to Marietta, Atlanta.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper, preferably in large or luxury homes.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional standards for cleanliness and organizational skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a proactive approach to anticipating and addressing household needs.
  • Child-Friendly Approach: Experience working in a household with children, understanding of child-safe cleaning practices, and ability to adapt as needed.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of a large home, including lifting, bending, and managing multiple floors.
  • Confidentiality: Trustworthy and discreet, with a commitment to maintaining the family’s privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Relocation Flexibility: Willingness to relocate to Marietta, Atlanta, with relocation assistance provided.
  • Yacht Experience: Prior experience as Chief Stew advantageous and welcomed
