We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to work with a high-net-worth Couple in New York City and provide assistance for their travel and luxury lifestyle needs.
Schedule is working from Friday evening to Sunday evening
Duties
- Overseeing and coordinating day to day itinerary
- Coordinating food orders
- Manage the calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel, reservations and tickets for events
- Handle correspondence, prioritizing and responding as necessary
- Assist with property management duties to ensure smooth operations as needed
- Manage the household staff and liaise with vendors for any household repairs as needed
*Experience*
- Must have at least 7 or more years of experience primarily working in New York city home and business offices.
- Must live localy in New York and not travel to be able to work on site.
- Must be experienced and have contacts with top restaurants and cultural happenings of New York, Miami, London, Europe, Asia and Middleast.
- Must have a background in Travel and a plus if have great contact with travel agency or worked in the Travel industry as the family loves to travel around Europe, South America, Asia and the Middle East
- Must be a strong gatekeeper and have discretion in confidential matters
- Proficiency in using office equipment and phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be a team player with the household and business staff
- Must be capable of multi-tasking and have excellent time management skills.
- Must be able to manage the smooth running of a private Household
