To support our continued growth, we are looking for a French Speaker Remote Recruiter (M/F) based in the UK to join our international team.

Your Mission

As a Recruiter at Morgan & Mallet International, you will play a key role in identifying, interviewing, and placing top household staff with private employers internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process for household staff positions (House managers, butlers, housekeepers, chefs, nannies, etc.)
  • Source and interview qualified candidates
  • Maintain and update candidate profiles using our internal ATS
  • Collaborate with international clients to understand staffing needs and preferences
  • Write and publish job descriptions tailored to each client’s requirements
  • Perform reference checks and ensure compliance with agency standards
  • Act as the main point of contact for both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Attend virtual team meetings and training sessions led by our managers

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment (minimum 3 year, ideally in domestic or hospitality staffing)
  • Based in the United Kingdom
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in French
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable with remote tools (Zoom, CRM, email, ATS)
  • Discreet and professional, with a high level of integrity
  • Interest in the luxury and private staffing industry
