We are seeking an elite-level professional with a proven background in managing luxury estates, five-star hospitality environments, or VIP superyacht programs—especially those involving direct interaction with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI). The successful candidate will bring a unique blend of service excellence, operational leadership, and personal discretion to this prestigious role.
About the Role
You will be entrusted with the comprehensive management of an architecturally significant property featuring fine gardens, guest homes, multiple pools, complex security and technical systems, and a demanding but rewarding service environment.
You’ll work closely with the principal(s) to anticipate and meet every need, manage key projects, coordinate luxury travel, and lead a dedicated team to deliver seamless, five-star service with the utmost discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Estate Operations: Full oversight of property systems, maintenance programs, security, and presentation at all times.
Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team (housekeepers, landscapers, security, chef, technical vendors, etc.).
Project & Vendor Management: Coordinate bids, budgets, timelines, and quality control across all estate projects.
PA Duties: High-level travel coordination (charters, jets, cruises), calendar and diary management, and daily personal support.
Hospitality Standards: Maintain a luxury lifestyle experience throughout the residence, akin to a boutique five-star resort or private yacht setting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
5+ years managing luxury private estates, five-star hospitality venues, or superyachts (50m+), with a strong service record.
Deep understanding of VIP hospitality and “white glove” service expectations.
Comfortable liaising closely with principal(s) and managing UHNW lifestyles.
Skills & Attributes:
Impeccable discretion, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
Proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and technically competent.
Calm under pressure with the ability to adapt to shifting schedules and needs.
Hands-on leadership style with a sense of pride and ownership.
Requirements:
Legal right to work in the USA (citizenship/green card/valid visa).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Willing to undergo full background, credit, and medical screening.
4-year college degree (hospitality, business, or related field preferred).
Formal training in household or butler management a significant plus.
