Job Title: Family Assistant

Location: Millbrae, CA 94030
Job Type: Part-Time 8 - 10 hours per week

Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Family Assistant in Millbrae to help with various household tasks, making day-to-day life easier for the family. The ideal candidate will be proactive and flexible, offering support where needed and helping to keep the home running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Home Support: Assist with general tidying, resetting living areas, cleaning the kids’ toy room and bedrooms, helping to unpack from recent move, and handling trash/recycling. Provide laundry support as needed.
• Errands & Shopping: Run errands, do grocery shopping, and handle other household tasks as needed.
• Meal Support: Help with meal planning and preparation, and ensure the kitchen is stocked with essentials.
• Pet Care: Fill autofeeders for the family’s cats and assist with light pet care. -Please have no cat allergies!
• Occasional Research: Assist with research for travel, kids’ birthday parties, local vendors, and activities as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MUST not have pet allergies and be comfortable with fluffy cats!
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to manage tasks with discretion.
• Experience with children and pets is a plus.
• Comfortable with a flexible range of duties as needed.

Schedule:

• Monday and Friday mornings, 5 or 4 hour shifts. Can be flexible on the days if Monday and Friday's are not ideal. 

Compensation: $30 - $40 per hour depending on experience
