Join our world-class team as a full-time Travel Assistant to support a dynamic private family in the Austin area! In this role, you will work closely with the Travel Manager in coordinating a seamless luxury travel experience. A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to multi-task and thrive in a highly detail-oriented environment while delivering top-tier service is a must for this position. A strong understanding of international and domestic travel logistics, such as visa or vaccination requirements, is a big plus! Prior experience working for a high-net worth or C-suite level client and a familiarity with private aviation is preferred but not required.

This position is based in Austin, Texas, with a hybrid schedule of four days on-site and one remote workday per week. While this position works a standard schedule Monday through Friday, flexibility is needed to handle occasional last-minute travel adjustments outside of normal business hours, such as unexpected weather-related cancellations or delays.
