Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex and dynamic calendars for both personal and professional matters; schedule appointments, meetings, and events seamlessly

Travel Coordination: Research, plan, and book extensive domestic and international travel (commercial and private), including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary creation

Household & Vendor Management: Liaise with household staff, vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations and maintenance of multiple properties

Errands & Personal Tasks: Handle personal shopping, errands, gift sourcing, and special requests

Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating private events, dinners, and gatherings

Correspondence & Communication: Draft emails, manage calls and messages, and serve as gatekeeper to the principal when needed

Family Support: Provide support with school, medical, and extracurricular logistics for children as needed

Problem Solving: Anticipate needs, find creative solutions, and handle challenges calmly and efficiently

Administrative Duties: File organization, digital document management, expense reports, and occasional light bookkeeping support

Has 5–10+ years of experience supporting a high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth individual/family

Exceptionally proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working in a highly confidential, discreet, and professional environment

Able to adapt and react quickly to shifting needs and schedules

Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, travel booking platforms, etc.)

Emotionally intelligent, intuitive, and self-sufficient

Comfortable with occasional travel, evening, or weekend availability as needed

Strong knowledge of Greenwich, NYC, and global travel logistics is a plus
