Experienced professional Housekeeper live in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin

A private couple in the lake Geneva, Wisconsin area, which is an hour and a half north of Chicago, seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our private home. The ideal candidate must have exceptional attention to detail and the ability and desire to feed and care for the owners for dogs when they travel  this is a 40 hour week job with a flexible schedule for when we entertain occasionally on the weekends  we have another home in California so we are gone frequently during that time. Your duties are just to maintain the home and take care of the dogs  

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of all rooms and areas within the home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and hallways.
• Manage daily housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
• Maintain the organization of closets, storage areas, and household items.
• Perform laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and folding clothes and linens, ensuring proper care of delicate fabrics.
• Assist with managing household supplies and inventory, notifying the owner when items need to be restocked.
• Support the household with special projects and deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the household manager in a timely manner.
• Must be comfortable with 4 friendly large dogs in the residence and occasionally helping with  feeding. 
• Running personal errands as needed
• Maintain a professional and discreet demeanor, respecting the family’s privacy at all times as we will respect yours,  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as a Housekeeper in a private household or similar high-end environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining the home. 
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of proper care and handling of fine furnishings, artwork, and delicate fabrics.
• Flexibility to adjust to changing schedules and household needs.
• Professional and discreet, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Must have a clean, driving record and a drivers license as well as a clean background check.
