We’re excited to share a full-time opportunity for an experienced, professional Nanny to join a respectful and eco-conscious household in St. Louis. The role centers around infant care, with guaranteed hours and some flexibility.
Details:
- Start Date: August 1, 2025
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week guaranteed (typically 8a–4p or 9a–5p)
- Flexibility: Occasional evenings or weekend shifts (no overnights)
- Household: Married couple, infant, and two friendly Australian Shepherds
- Environment: Quiet, discreet, and environmentally mindful
- Time Off: 5 PTO days + all Federal holidays
- Travel: Required occasionally with per diem included
Responsibilities:
- Daily infant care: feeding, diapering, bathing, structured play, and sleep support
- Maintaining clean, organized child spaces and supplies
- Child-related laundry, bottle/pump sanitization
- Transporting child to/from classes or appointments
- Supporting developmental milestones (sleep training, solids, potty training, etc.)
- Light pet care and communication with offsite property manager
- Maintaining a nanny log and open communication with parents
Requirements:
- Infant experience and safety-first mindset
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to certify before start)
- Reliable, discreet, organized, and communicative
- Comfortable with dogs and driving (valid license and clean record)

Required Qualifications:
Age:
Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
Experience:
Related work experience is required along with verifiable references. Candidates may have a broad range of experience, but it MUST pertain to the position you are applying for. We require at least 2-3 verifiable references. Letters of recommendation from previous employers are preferred.
Driving Record:
A driver’s license is required for most positions and a motor vehicle investigation is completed prior to placement.
Criminal Background:
A criminal background investigation is completed on all candidates prior to placement.
Residency Requirement:
All candidates must furnish proof of US citizenship or eligibility to work as a legal alien.
Commitment:
Typically, candidates must be willing to commit for at least 1 year with a family. Occasionally, temporary and summer placements are requested.
