Morgan & Mallet International, the leading international household staffing agency for private clients and VIP families, is seeking a Household Staff Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F) based in Dubai or working remotely. This is a rare opportunity to join a prestigious recruitment agency operating at the highest level of discretion and service.

You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier professionals for private households, estates, luxury residences, yachts, and private clients around the world. You will work alongside a passionate and dedicated team, delivering bespoke staffing solutions tailored to the expectations of high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse roles: housekeepers, nannies, butlers, chefs, chauffeurs, household managers, yacht crew, and other private staff

  • Manage candidate pipelines via our CRM and international job platforms

  • Conduct detailed reference checks and ensure full documentation is secured

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with top-tier candidates across the household and hospitality industries

  • Schedule interviews and maintain timely communication with clients, always demonstrating professionalism and discretion

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure bespoke, high-standard recruitment solutions

  • Represent the agency at industry events, expos, and career fairs

  • Stay updated on trends and market movements in high-end private recruitment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (experience in the private or luxury sector is an advantage)

  • Excellent interpersonal and assessment skills, with a respectful and thoughtful approach

  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously

  • Fluent in English (Arabic or French is an asset)

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard environment

  • Genuine interest in people, service excellence, and the values of discretion and integrity
