Job Title: Personal Assistant

Overview:
A private, fast-paced family office is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant for a long-term, full-time position based in New York. This is a hybrid role offering a dynamic blend of remote and on-site work supporting travel, events, and a variety of personal and administrative needs. The right candidate is sharp, grounded, and thrives in a behind-the-scenes support role. Key Responsibilities:

TRAVEL MANAGEMENT

  • Plan and manage complex private and commercial travel
  • Prepare highly detailed itineraries, backup plans, and supporting documents
  • Maintain organized folders, synced digital calendars, and travel timelines
  • Coordinate with vendors and teams to ensure flawless execution
  • Travel in advance to destinations, when needed, to ensure full preparedness

EVENT SUPPORT:

  • Coordinate both casual and large-scale events 
  • Source and manage logistics including venues, lodging, transportation, childcare, and security
  • Develop run-of-show documents and oversee execution on-site, when needed

ADMINISTRATIVE & PERSONAL SUPPORT:

  • Assist with calendar management, research, personal errands, and household-related tasks
  • Use tools like Asana and Slack-style platforms for project coordination and team visibility,  including G suite (gmail, calendar, drive, docs, sheets)
  • Communicate clearly and professionally across multiple platforms (Signal, WhatsApp, email, text)
  • Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality in all matters (you will sign an NDA)

  • Flexible and willing to travel as needed domestically and internationally (maybe up to around 20% or so)
  • Must have verifiable references + a clean background

SCHEDULE AND LOCATION:

  • New York, NY (Manhattan)
  • M-F, Hybrid (approximately 50% remote, 50% on site and as as needed)
  • 24/7 mindset with flexibility to work after normal business hours as needed 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: 

  • $120K - $150k range, DOE
  • 100% employer-paid health benefits
  • 10 PTO days, 8 sick days, standard holidays
