Part Time House Manager - 1099 Independent Contractor

Summary

We are seeking a locally based part time House Manager for a client with a home near Los Altos Hills, CA. This role is a flexible 10-15 hours per week on weekdays, with possible nights and weekends. Candidates should be detail-oriented with a hospitality and private service background. Candidates will be responsible for meeting and supervising vendors, maintaining household supplies and inventory, household organization, project research, invoice review and coordination with Family Office.

Responsibilities Include but May Not Be Limited To

• Ordering household and personal supplies
• Household organization as needed ie: donating items
• Following maintenance schedules
• Schedule appointments, meet and supervise vendors, and manage household maintenance on site
• Filing and household administrative duties, facilitating household paperwork
• Organizing of digital files, documentation and receipts
• Correspondence and emails
• Light errands including but not limited to shopping, groceries, and package pick up
• Weekly reporting
• Digital organization and labeling of photos and videos

Education and Experience

• Candidate has a background as a House Manager
• Experience managing properties
• Hospitality Experience
• Customer service experience

Qualifications

• Professional references
• Legally permitted to work in the USA
• Based locally near residence or OK with commute
• Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and vehicle insurance
• Candidate required to provide their own laptop and smartphone
• Candidate required to sign confidentiality agreement
• Candidate required to consent to a background check
