Live-In Executive Housekeeper

A full-charge, live-in Housekeeper is sought to care for a beautifully appointed residence near Newport Beach. This is an immediate placement due to the departure of a long-standing staff member for personal reasons. The ideal candidate is passionate about maintaining an immaculate, well-organized home, with experience in the care of fine interiors, furnishings, laundry, and household organization. A separate, fully furnished or unfurnished on-site apartment is available and suitable for a qualified individual or couple.  Immediate interview opportunities are available in Beverly Hills or Newport Beach. Willing to relocate within the Southern California region.

Responsibilities:

• Classically trained with a strong eye for detail and high standards of excellence
• Skilled in the care and maintenance of fine furnishings, wardrobe, and linens
• Experienced in managing housekeeping routines, vendors, and household inventories with efficiency and discretion
• Provided meticulous care for principals' clothing and wardrobes, including laundering, steaming, and organization
• Demonstrates discretion, grace, and a strong commitment to long-term service
• Assisting with basic kitchen cooking duties in the absence of the chef.

Qualifications:

• Brings a kind, cheerful demeanor and genuine enjoyment of their work
• Prior experience as a housekeeper in a fine home or for a private employer required
• Must have verifiable references demonstrating professionalism and reliability
• Exceptional hands-on cleaning and laundry skills are essential
• The ideal candidate is seeking a long-term, stable opportunity in a respectful household environment

Schedule:

Five-day schedule.

Compensation: 

Compensation of $35 to $40 per hour, depending on experience, and includes a furnished private apartment separate from the main residence. Full health benefits are provided. Additionally, a performance-based annual bonus of 10% to 20% is offered.
