Director of Client Experience
A boutique investment firm based in Detroit, MI has created a new role to develop and lead a team of talented individuals who provide 360° support to the firm’s managing director, partners, and senior executives.
This team of 6-8 will function as lifestyle advisors, arranging everything from travel, event planning, buying gifts, or sourcing a plumber.
You are a proven team builder, resourceful, a global citizen, well-traveled, and have good taste. You are the person in your friend group who is the go-to for everything!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to deliver bespoke concierge service for firm associates and their families
- Develop the team’s skill set
- Establish best practices and high standards
- Enhance systems to track each request and ensure completion
- Curate and cultivate a list of preferred vendors
- Continually educate your team
Qualities:
- Exceptional management skills
- Strong administrative skill set
- Concise communication style
- Highly discreet and professional
- Adaptable to last-minute requests and some after hours calls
- Bachelor's degree or higher strong preferred
Schedule and Work Environment:
- Monday-Friday, business hours with some flexibility required for after-hours or weekend calls.
Compensation and Benefits:
- We are prepared to pay between $200,000 and $275,000 commensurate with experience with an annual discretionary bonus and strong benefits package and paid time off.
