Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and dedicated Full-Time Housekeeper to work for a wonderful couple in their 50s at their primary residence in Old Westbury, NY. The couple lives with their two friendly dogs and occasionally hosts visits from their grown children. This is a formal, structured household, and we are looking for someone with a team-oriented attitude who will work seamlessly with an existing, long-standing household team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who values long-term employment and enjoys providing top-tier housekeeping and support to the family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping & Cleaning:

  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance throughout the residence, including the 4 bedrooms, 5-6 bathrooms, and principal living areas.

  • Deep clean common areas and private spaces to ensure the home remains immaculate.

  • Manage laundry, including washing, ironing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.

• Organizational Duties:

  • Organize and maintain pantry, closets, and storage areas.

  • Ensure the home is prepared for seasonal décor and other organizational needs.

  • Maintain order and cleanliness throughout the house, ensuring everything is in its place.

• Cooking & Meal Support (Optional):

  • Mrs. enjoys cooking and entertaining; while formal cooking skills are not required, a flair for cooking would be a plus to assist as needed.

• Errands & Shopping:

  • Driving is required for running errands, including grocery shopping and any other necessary tasks.

  • Ensure timely delivery of groceries and supplies to maintain household inventory.

• Pet Care:

  • Provide care for two well-behaved dogs, ensuring they are fed and looked after when the family is in residence.

• Family Support:

  • Assist with preparing for entertaining and seasonal events, ensuring the home is guest-ready.

  • Flexibility in assisting the family with any other household needs as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: At least 5 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a private home or domestic setting.

• Driving: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.

• References: Must possess verifiable, outstanding professional references.

• Background Check: Must undergo a detailed criminal background check.

• Communication: Fluency in English is essential for clear communication.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $70,000 - $80,000, based on experience
