We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Personal Assistant to ensure every aspect of a high-profile family’s personal and professional lives runs smoothly. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise. From scheduling appointments and managing calendars to booking complex travel and overseeing special projects, you will be at the heart of the principals’ day-to-day support system. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position that requires discretion, flexibility, and a deep commitment to excellence.

The ideal candidate is poised, warm, and composed under pressure, with a professional and discreet demeanor. You bring at least ten years of personal or executive support experience, ideally within a family office or similarly demanding environment, and hold a bachelor’s degree. You are tech-savvy and proficient in tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe, and you have strong organizational, strategic thinking, and multitasking abilities. You are reliable, punctual, and able to manage high expectations with grace. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and personal vehicle are required, along with the flexibility to travel and provide support on-site or remotely as needed. You will handle everything from planning travel and events to managing vendors, overseeing family logistics, sourcing gifts, and ensuring homes and properties are beautifully prepared.
