Busy executive couple with school-aged children who live in Downtown NYC seek an excellent and meticulous full-time live-out Private Chef to prepare Lunches and Dinners primarily Tuesday through Saturday. Chef must be available to travel to Aspen 2-3 weeks per year and the Hamptons in the summer. (Housing is provided in both Aspen and Hamptons.) Responsibilities include menu planning, shopping, keeping pantry organized and refrigerators stocked, cooking, serving and cleaning up. Favorite cuisines are vegetarian and Pescatarian, fresh/organic farm-to-table, California and Mediterranean. Principals enjoy entertaining once or twice a week. A positive attitude and low-key personality will fit in nicely with this professionally run household. Candidates MUST have 5+ years' experience working as a Private Chef in a high-level household, have excellent verifiable references and be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
