Busy entertainment-industry couple in Beverly Hills are seeking a top-notch seasoned CAREER Executive/Personal Assistant with excellent long-term intent. This position requires 10+ years of experience assisting entertainment industry professionals, ideally talent. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): heavy, heavy scheduling; liaising with a team of agents, attorneys, business managers, publicists, stylists, etc.; detailed travel-planning; running a myriad of errands; mail pick-ups and drop-offs; gift-buying and wrapping; taking small dogs to the vet. Discretion and confidentiality are key. Employers are very private people so the EA/PA will work from his/her own home/vehicle and meet at employers’ residence as needed. General work-hours are Monday-Friday 10am-7pm with ability to work an occasional weekend day if employers are going to an event or departing for a big trip. This position is great for a self-starter who enjoys working with little direct supervision.
