Location: Boca Raton, Palm Beach, and Wellington, FL

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility for occasional weekends required)

Position Overview

Casa Bella Residential Staffing is seeking a versatile, experienced, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to support a distinguished family with multiple residences in South Florida. The ideal candidate is a true 'Jane of all trades' who brings a sharp eye for detail, a positive, proactive mindset, and a deep commitment to excellence in service. Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for creating beautifully maintained living spaces are key.

Key Qualifications

• Experience in private homes and/or yachts
• Care and maintenance of fine clothing and wardrobe management
• High attention to detail with high-end surfaces and finishes
• Comfortable assisting in the kitchen and serving at events
• Tech-savvy (Mac, Microsoft Office, email)
• Highly organized, professional, and discreet
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid Florida driver’s license
• Must be based in South Florida (local candidates only)

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level daily cleaning and deep cleaning duties
• Manage wardrobe, laundry, steaming, and closet organization
• Assist with household inventory and organization projects
• Provide support in the kitchen and during special events
• Adhere to housekeeping schedules and systems
• Willing to assist with various tasks across departments as needed
• Consistently deliver service with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
