About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Housekeeper to join a longstanding team for a special family in Palm Beach. The family resides in a beautiful 20,000 sqft. oceanfront home and values a hands-on approach. This role requires a leader who can gain the trust and respect of the team by working alongside them. The Executive Housekeeper will manage a team of housekeepers, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of housekeepers, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Perform and oversee deep cleaning tasks, ensuring every area of the home is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Handle all aspects of laundry, including washing, ironing, and wardrobe management.
  • Set and maintain elegant table settings for family meals and events.
  • Arrange and care for flowers, ensuring beautiful and fresh displays throughout the home.
  • Provide high-level service to the family and their guests, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and household items, ensuring timely procurement and restocking.
  • Coordinate with other household staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Travel with the family as needed, providing housekeeping services in various locations.
  • Adapt to the changing needs and schedules of the family, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.


  • Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in a high-end private residence or luxury hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Extensive knowledge of deep cleaning techniques, laundry care, ironing, service, table settings, and flower arrangements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and travel requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other household staff.
