Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large private residence in  Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will manage household staff, coordinate vendors, ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards, and provide seamless support to the principals when they are in residence, part of the year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations
  •  Manage household staff, schedules, payroll, and performance
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and other service providers, as well as the principals’ global office staff
  • Ensure order, cleanliness, and upkeep of the property 
  • Handle household budgets, inventory, and expense reporting 
  • Perform ad hoc errands
  • Requirements: 
  • Proven experience managing high-end private residences 
  • Fluency in English and excellent written and communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and resilience, with the ability to adapt at short notice 
  • Longevity in previous roles and excellent references 
  • Discretion, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail 
  • Confident with technology and smart home systems -
  • Ability to handle sensitive and private matters with absolute discretion 
  • Valid, clean US driver’s license; local knowledge of LA a plus 
  • Comfortable with pets
