Hours:          Flexible 5 days per week (may include holidays and weekends)

General Statement of Duties: The Houseman is responsible for the overall maintenance of estate functions required to keep the assigned properties presentable, functional, and running smoothly.

 Essential Functions and Responsibilities: (This list may not include all responsibilities assigned.)

1. Responsible for hands-on daily maintenance, organization, and cleaning needs for all assigned properties.
2. Coordinates and proper care of all family pets including diet, grooming, health care, and exercise.
3. Receives and distributes packages. Tracks within app as needed.
4. Performs errands related to the family and household needs.
5. Provides cleaning and care for estate vehicles.
6. Monitors inventory and restocking household supplies and amenities.
7. Provide care and maintenance for interior houseplants.
8. Performs food and beverage service as directed by Chef and Household Manager.
9. Attends to sports equipment and maintenance.
10. Reports estate and vehicle damages/repairs/alerts immediately to Housemen Lead and/or Household Manager.
11. Responsible for additional groundskeeping duties including power washing, window cleaning, and tennis court upkeep.
12. Event preparation, execution, and clean-up from start to finish.
13. Perform hands-on maintenance and housing repairs unless a professional service provider is required.
14. Works as a team player supporting a variety of staff, visitors, and functions.
15. Displays a caring and responsive attitude.
16. Adheres to all policies and procedures.
17. Demonstrates regular attendance as an essential job function.
18. Participates in performance evaluation process, educational trainings, and meetings as requested.
19. Exercises discretion and maintains high level of confidentiality.
20. Additional duties as assigned.
