Immediate Need: Household Assistant w/ Travel (Manalapan and Montana)

Household Assistant 

Location: Travel between Manalapan, Florida and Whitefish, Montana

Type: Full-Time, Live-Out (Live-In when Traveling)

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Household Assistant with strong experience in the interior upkeep of high-end homes. This role involves hands-on support in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-functioning household environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, flexible with their schedule, and able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic setting with pets and visiting extended family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning and organization of interior spaces

• Deep cleaning and maintenance of surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings

• Care of fine materials, including antiques, artwork, specialty fabrics, and rugs

• Bathroom sanitization and general cleanliness

• Laundry care including washing, ironing, pressing, and steaming

• Organization and inventory of household supplies; manage restocking and shopping

• Accept and organize household deliveries

• Light meal prep and kitchen support as needed

• Assist with packing/unpacking for family travel

• Maintain fresh floral arrangements and indoor plants

• Care for one large dog and two cats – feeding, walking, and clean-up

• Support visiting family members and assist during travel to other residences

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar household or estate setting

• Background in interior care and upkeep of fine homes

• Meticulous attention to detail and cleanliness

• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision

• Discreet, respectful, and committed to confidentiality

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Comfortable with physical tasks and lifting up to 30 lbs

• Positive, can-do attitude and flexible with scheduling

Additional Requirements:

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (ITIN accepted)

• Excellent professional references

• Ability to travel with the family to other residences as needed

• Background in caring for high-end finishes and valuable furnishings

• Willingness to undergo a background check and sign a confidentiality agreement
