We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Manager / Candidate Reference Checking Manager to join our Dubai team. This pivotal role ensures that all candidates presented to clients meet the highest standards of excellence and integrity. Fluency in French and English is required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough candidate vetting, including reference checks, employment history, character assessments, and qualification verification
  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of candidate information
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand client needs and ensure candidate profiles align perfectly
  • Maintain detailed records of reference checks and quality evaluations for each candidate
  • Produce regular reports on candidate quality metrics and recommend process improvements
  • Train and mentor junior staff on best practices for candidate assessment and quality control
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System
  • Create and manage reference documents such as processes and procedures
  • Identify and analyze quality issues (e.g., defects, delays, poor organization) and propose corrective and preventive actions
  • Author the internal Quality Manual
  • Facilitate problem-solving groups and employee awareness initiatives
  • Conduct internal quality assessments, audits, and customer satisfaction surveys
  • Adapt responsibilities according to company size and evolving needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment or quality assurance, preferably in luxury staffing or hospitality sectors
  • Strong expertise in candidate assessment and reference verification techniques
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in designing and managing quality systems and documentation
  • Solid knowledge of quality management concepts, tools, and methods
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to persuade
  • Strong pedagogical, diplomatic, and listening skills
  • Rigorous, organized, and analytical mindset

Work conditions
