HIRING: Part-Time Housekeeper – Tribeca, New York City

Riveter Consulting Group is looking for a part-time Housekeeper to maintain a 2,500 sq. ft. luxury condo in Tribeca. This is a secondary residence, and the role focuses on keeping the space clean, organized, and well-stocked. The apartment, which includes three bedrooms and a great room, serves as a secondary residence for our clients, who will be present 25–50% of the time. Send your resume to jennifer@riveterconsulting.com. Location: Tribeca, NYC
Start Date: ASAP (Ideally by April 10, 2025)

Schedule
Part-time (clients present 25–50% of the time)

Responsibilities:
  • Weekly deep cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing)
  • Laundry care (wash, dry, iron, fold, organize)
    • Manage dry cleaning drop-off/pick-up
  • Restock household essentials (food, toiletries, cleaning supplies)
  • Maintain organized closets, cabinets, and storage
  • Handle trash, recycling, and light maintenance reporting
  • Ensure the home is move-in ready by April 13, 2025
Requirements:
  • Private housekeeping experience, ideally in a luxury home
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience handling delicate fabrics and high-end household items
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of clients' privacy
  • Reliable transportation to Tribeca
  • Flexibility based on clients' presence
