Housekeeper/ House Manager with light Childcare

We are looking for an all accompassing housekeeper and assistant role for a family of 4.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for action and oversee multiple tasks at the house such as (but not limited to):

Housekeeper tasks:

  • Picking up / tidying away
  • loading the dishwasher
  • wiping down work surfaces
  • making beds
  • completing laundry and putting away
  • pressing shirts
  • organizional taks
  • put trashcans out for collection
  • ordering household supplies
  • unloading and organzing cupboards/ refrigerator

House Manager tasks:

  • Keep track of snag list
  • touch up scuffs
  • schedule and oversee maintence (pool, handyman)
  • track maintence list and mark off completetion
  • liase with landlord on snag list (when their responsibility)
  • calenderize maintence appointments

Personal Assistant tasks:

  • Grocery shopping
  • unload groceries
  • run errands
  • fill cars with gas
  • troubleshoot IT issues

Overall proactive mothers help, experience caring for children for ad hoc childcare/ babysitting (ages 9,7, 8months)

Min 5 days/wk:

2-5 days in person at home (Newport beach)

balance in office location to complete admin (Irvine)

CA driving license required
