Estate Facilities Manager / NYC Properties

newly crested role supporting a wonderful, NY based family.
This job will be based in NYC only.

• Oversee, maintain, and monitor all property mechanical systems, equipment, and facilities in properties throughout the country
• Address regular maintenance needs proactively and work with vendors on large projects
• Assist team with additional property maintenance and ad hoc needs
• Maintain working knowledge of systems on other properties
• Occasional travel to additional properties in NY and out of state

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant work experience 
• Service-oriented
• Proactive and able to identify potential issues on property before they arise.
• Experience and proficiency with home systems (HVAC, AV, plumbing, electrical, etc.) with the ability to trouble shoot and diagnose issues as they arise
• Experience managing budgets and projects with vendors
• Ability to drive and uphold a clean driving record

Compensation: $150k-175k
