Full-Time Housekeeper
Location: Nashville, TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:30 AM–3:30 PM
Work hours should wrap up by 3:15 PM to accommodate the family’s afternoon routine.

A lovely family of four, including two very active teenage boys and a well-behaved, loving family dog (approximately 120 lbs), is seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Housekeeper to support the care and upkeep of their 8,000+ sq. ft. home in Nashville. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, and discreet, with a strong work ethic and the ability to take ownership of household cleanliness and organization. Must love dogs.

The position includes occasional support at a vacation property located 35–45 minutes away.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-charge housekeeping

• Strong laundry skills are essential, as this is a core focus of the role; many garments must be air-dried or laid flat

• Grocery shopping

• Errands

• Occasional dog walking (not required)

• No cooking

• W-2 employee

• The position typically averages under 40 hours per week

• This is a private family, and discretion is essential

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Flexible schedule required

Appearance & Presentation:
Professional appearance required. Preferred attire includes neutral, solid-colored clothing (black or dark blue), with no graphic prints. Shoes must be removed in the home; socks should be worn. Hair should be neatly secured and kept away from the face.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $35–$40/hour, depending on experience

• $300/month health insurance stipend
